The house was beautiful but eveytime I tried to call to report the problems no one answered the maintenance line it just rang and rang until this morning so was a little disappointing.

Overall a nice stay. Location is good. The house is within walking distance to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the driveway to the sand of the beach straight down one road that’s mostly sidewalks (there is a small section where there’s no sidewalk). It’s certainly walkable for most but would be a little bit of a trek for those traveling with toddlers/babies or older adults and beach equipment, so we drove most days and parked (there’s a small lot at the end of the street). The street is a mix of local residents’ older homes and newer rental homes. So you’re not surrounded by tourists. We had some shadier-looking individuals frequently walking around the neighborhood and cutting through a walking path beside the house that leads to the street behind it where there are some apartments and a laundromat.
The house is relatively new construction and has an elevator and intercom system. It could use a deep cleaning and touch up painting — the walls are quite scuffed throughout (you can tell they’ve been banged by many suitcases). The electric grill was EXTREMELY dirty - it had been used and never cleaned before being put back in the cabinet.
The elevator seems prone to breakdowns: it was broken the day we checked in and we had to be there with a repair person and two days later, it was inoperable again. We have family members with mobility issues, and the elevator was a selling point for us, so not being able to use it for most of our stay was a frustration for us.
