Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Every room, the fenced backyard, the deck and the fire pit area are exclusively yours to enjoy.

Whether you’re cooking in the open-concept kitchen, relaxing in the cozy living room or enjoying games with family and friends, you’ll have plenty of space to feel completely at home.

Fire Pit Access
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a cozy evening under the stars and create lasting memories with family and friends.

Check in is at 4PM, please notify host of arrival via platform app. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. -**Note: Maximum occupancy is 9 guests and the number of guests must be included in your paid reservation. Additional guests or visitors outside of your reservation are not permitted to enter the premises and will incur an additional cost of $75/day of violation. -------------------------------------------------- -
If you are heading out for the day, we ask that you please turn off ceiling fan and all lights. -*Do Not take bathing towels outside. -*Do Not take blankets or any bed linen items outside the property! - **In order to provide secure Wifi connection Do Not Remove/Tamper with Modem. --------------------------------------------------Check out is at 11am (cleaners will arrive promptly after vacating), be advised that any unauthorized checkout past 11am will incur an additional cost of $50/hr. -Please be respectful of our space and mindful of our neighbors who live here full-time. Our house rules are very important to maintain this space in optimal condition.
***Absolutely no parties, events or loud music allowed.
***Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside property. A $500 fine will be charged if violated. *** ---------------------------------------------- -Our cleaning fee covers typical cleaning of property. We ask that our guests clean up any excessive mess including dirt/debris accumulated in the property and clean any kitchen appliances/dishes used during stay. Additional deep cleaning for excessive filth will incur an additional $200 cleaning fee charged via Platform Resolution Center. --------------------------------------------------------- -Please leave all used towels in laundry basket in laundry room. - Please rinse dishes, place into dishwasher and run express cycle. -Empty refrigerator and turn off lights and ceiling fan before departing. Please take out all trash and drop off at designated dumpster.
**Should your stay include a Thursday, be advised that trash pickup occurs every Thursday.

*Parking:
Parking is limited to the driveway Only. The driveway has space equivalent to three full-size vehicles, which represents the maximum parking capacity.
Guests may bring a trailer or motorcycles in place of full-size vehicles only if the total space used does not exceed the equivalent of three full-size vehicles and all vehicles fit entirely within the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

*Quiet Hours:
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of neighbors at all times. North Myrtle Beach observes a noise ordinance from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including music and engine noise.
