Our bright, welcoming vacation apartment, furnished for up to 2 people, with 55 m² of living space on the 2nd floor in a quiet and sunny location, offers you:
• Entrance hall with coat rack and large mirror
• Spacious living/dining room with flat-screen TV, DVD recorder, and hi-fi stereo system with CD, USB, and SD card ports
• A built-in kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker with a thermos, microwave with grill function, raised refrigerator with freezer compartment, quiet dishwasher, and plenty of coffee and diningware, as well as pots and pans
• Cozy dining table with seating for four
• A spacious bedroom with a double bed, two adjustable slatted frames, and high-quality single mattresses—there is plenty of room for a travel crib. The windows can be blacked out
• HIGHLIGHT: 2 balconies facing southwest. This way, you can enjoy the sun and your vacation novel on one balcony and dry your swimwear from the beach or pool on the other
• Elevator available: It’s only about 10 m to load and unload your luggage
• A numbered underground parking space (secured by a rolling gate) is available free of charge
