About this apartment rental
The Kormoran House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Our cozy and well-equipped apartment is on the top floor; an elevator will take you there comfortably after you’ve parked your car in our single-car garage, which has a 2.50 m clearance height. Even cars with roof racks fit inside.
When you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway with a coat closet that houses a safe.
The living and dining area features a dining table with five chairs, as well as a couch that unfolds into a sleeping surface with a slatted frame measuring 180 cm x 200 cm.
The furnishings also include a wingback chair with a footstool for relaxing, as well as an LED flat-screen TV and a stereo system.
The kitchenette features a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is an ample supply of dishes and cutlery, as well as a Tchibo coffee machine, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, a blender, and a waffle maker.
A fly screen is attached to the balcony door.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a 180 cm x 200 m box-spring bed with a comfort height of 55 cm (please bring sheets of the appropriate size; alternatively, these can be rented at the front desk for a fee). From the bed, you’ll see the second flat-screen TV. A small seating area invites you to relax. The spacious closet provides plenty of room for your clothes. The right window sash is also equipped with a fly screen.
The shower room has natural light thanks to a skylight that can be opened. A cosmetic mirror, a bathroom stool, and a hair dryer are provided.
Next to the bathroom entrance is a large wall cabinet containing, among other things, an iron and an ironing board.
The balcony is furnished with seating for up to 4 people and a table. A patio umbrella provides shade.
