About this apartment rental
To make your stay unforgettable, we’ve furnished our apartments in an exclusive, modern style—in keeping with the house’s character. The living room features a glass wall over 4 meters wide facing the village, and next to the couch is a Danish wood-burning stove where you can enjoy romantic moments. There’s also a very well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are spacious and feature large windows; the bathroom and toilet are, of course, separate. The ski storage room is located in front of the entrance to the house—close to the parking spaces, which are right next to the house.
“Gartenglück” features a large terrace that opens onto a garden above the garage—perfect for private living.

We offer you two different buildings—the new BERGLEBEN (4 apartments ranging from 43 m² to 90 m² to 110 m²)—and every apartment in BERGLEBEN comes with a private sauna! - and the PANORAMA building—our two existing vacation apartments, each measuring 65 m². The buildings are right next to each other!
For those who aren’t looking for ordinary luxury apartments, but something truly extraordinary—the new BERGLEBEN apartments are the perfect choice—modern apartments, local materials, great style—breathtaking views—the ground-floor apartments feature an extra-large terrace and garden — the upper-floor apartments feature two balcony terraces overlooking the village/Natrun and Aberg—as well as the backdrop of the Steinernes Meer. An elevator, carport, ski storage, bike storage, washing machine, and dryer are available for everyone’s use. We’ve even thought of the home office—a small desk is provided so you can combine work with your vacation.
All apartments in Haus Bergleben feature a private outdoor sauna with a view of the mountains! The larger apartments also feature a wonderful wood-burning stove in the living room for that extra touch of comfort!
To offer the discerning, individual traveler the very best, we’ve built the Panorama Apartments as a freestanding building next to our main residence—each apartment has its own private entrance, providing even more privacy. The extra-large balcony terraces and the private garden in this central, panoramic location are truly one-of-a-kind! If you need a third bedroom with a shower/toilet and a separate entrance—for friends, grandparents, or older children—we can arrange to add this to your chosen apartment.
Both apartments in the Panorama building were completely refurbished in the fall of 2018—you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in comfortable box-spring beds, and the windows feature pleated blinds and blackout curtains. A new kitchen with custom LED lighting and state-of-the-art appliances (fridge-freezer, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave). For your convenience, each apartment is equipped with a Nespresso machine with a milk frother, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
From ALL apartments, you’ll enjoy the best views of the beautiful village of Maria Alm and the entire Aberg–Hintertal–Hochkönig ski area—as well as the western side all the way to Saalfelden. You’ll enjoy the morning sun as soon as you wake up in your bedroom—and it will stay with you until sunset on the very spacious terrace. Despite this panoramic location, you can reach the town center in just 2 minutes on foot and the local gondola in 5 minutes, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
Parking is available right in front of the buildings, plus each unit in the BERGLEBEN Apartments has a designated carport space and a free parking spot!
