Great stay in a quiet family-friendly resort

Reception, especially Luciana was great from the first moment to end. apartment fully equipped and meets our expectations. Facilities (swimming pool, ski room), parking space great.

No Netflix on smart TV and no chance to mirror content, which is a small minus, may a plastic shoe tray would be great, everytime you come in you bring stones and salty ice with you and that makes a mess at entrance, we put our shoes outside like any others, but a solution would be great.

You will simply enjoy it !

- very nice and clean apartment - about 5-10mins from lift - we had apartment for 6-8 ppl and it was very spacious - sauna in apartment was clean and nice aswell - fireplace also in apartment (we didnt used it as wood was missing, but im sure in case you would like to use it you can ask reception for it) - staff was nice and helpfull - swimming pool and fitness ca be used withou any additional cost

We very much enjoyed our stay with 3 kids.

There is an Intersport shop in the resort, a children’s pool with great toys, infrared cabin in our room, big children’s club, restaurant with delicious food. Big underground parking lot, with direct elevator access to your room. combined washing machine and dryer. There is a Billa and a bakery nearby.

the pool is only accessible from the outside, so you need to be fully dressed up during the winter to reach it if you don’t want to get cold. The pool temperature can be a bit higher in both pools. There is no cleaning during the stay.

Beautiful location and apartments, but lacking the attention to detail I expect for the price

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a perfect location, 5 minutes from the ski lifts, supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Good size bathrooms, well equipped kitchen except for no oven which was odd. The infrared sauna was particularly appreciated by the ski and boarder with us. Two bathrooms very welcome Pleasantly warm, and the wood stove meant cosiness after a day in the cold Beds really comfortable Washing machine and dryer very useful

Paying extra for bedding and towels - that's really weird for such an upmarket resort. No housekeeping - I would have expected them to come at least once or twice during our stay, but not at all Clearing the snow and ice from the paths was done patchily and left them dangerous for people walking and impossible for me to manage in my wheelchair - I got stuck several times and needed help Microwave/ grill in the kitchen but no oven No toiletries in the bathroom

حجم الشقه ممتاز وتوجد مواقف للسيارات بالسرداب وموقعها جيد لحد ما.

لا يوجد تكييف ولا يمكن فتح الشباك من كثرة الحشرات والبق.. لا يمكن اعادة التجربة مره اخرى

الموقع والمنطقة جميلة جدا والفندق قريب من المخبز والسوبرماركت

موظفين الفندق تعاملهم مع العرب سيء جدا بينما مع الأجانب يختلف الوضع حيث يحصلون على افضل المعاملة لماذا هذه التفرقة ونحن ندفع مثلما هم يدفعون

عدم وجود مراوح خاصه في وقت الصيف توقيت إخلاء السكن الساعه العاشره صباحا غير مناسب خاصة للعوائل الكبيره

موقع ممتاز واسعار مقبوله نوعا ما والاستقبال كان راقي وممتاز

يجب ان يكون في الغرف مناشف مختلفة الاحجام ويجب انا يكون في الحمام الصابون والشامبو كما هو الحال في الفنادق. وكذلك يجب ان يكون هناك جهاز لكوي الملابس مع الطاوله. كل هذه الاشياء يجب أن تتوفر بالمجان كما ذكرت سابقا في الفنادق. ولكن للأسف في هذا المنتجع يجب أن تدفع مبلغ مقابل كل قطعه تطلبها من التي تم ذكرها أعلاه
