The Fasanenhüs welcomes you with cozy luxury and a relaxed vacation atmosphere! In approximately 210 square meters of comfortable living space, you can enjoy breakfast in the cozy, fully equipped kitchen-diner, spend your evenings by the open fireplace, and sleep in stylish, quiet bedrooms. On sunny summer days, two terraces, a wonderfully large garden with sun loungers, and a beach chair invite you to relax. After a long winter stroll along the beach, the in-house sauna awaits you. The house captivates with its carefully selected, unique, and very high-quality modern interior design, without losing the charm of a traditional Frisian house. The antique Plaveusen tiles, the woodwork, and the deliberate touches of Frisian blue here and there serve as a nod to the past. The master suite in the attic is divided into a large bedroom and a very spacious bathroom. There’s also a desk nook in the gable that’s perfect for a home office. The lower level features two spacious guest suites, each with its own shower/tub bathroom. The Fasanenhüs is a non-smoking home. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the terraces and in the garden area.
Included for your well-being:
A selection of high-quality toiletries is provided in all bathrooms to ensure an exclusive wellness experience. Upon arrival, you’ll find a small welcome gift from the house and a stocked refrigerator to satisfy your first hunger pangs after arrival and enjoy a cozy breakfast on your first day of vacation. Using the iPad at the front entrance, you can control the Sonos sound systems throughout the house. A safe for your valuables is provided.
An overview of restaurants, cafés, and activities in Kampen and the surrounding area is available for you. If you’re traveling with a furry friend (max. 2 dogs), dog beds and bowls are available upon request.



Fasenhüs Vacation Home:

The Fasanenhüs, approximately 210 square meters in size, has 3 floors. On the first floor, the spacious living room extends to an outdoor terrace and flows seamlessly into the dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is a second outdoor terrace on the opposite side, allowing you to enjoy the sun at all times of the day. Both terraces open directly onto the spacious garden surrounding the house. The kitchen also opens directly onto the dining area. You’ll find the guest bathroom immediately to the left of the entryway.

The basement features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom (including a shower and bathtub), as well as a laundry room with a washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright desk area in the gable. To the left is a large bedroom for two people; to the right is the bright, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sauna.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 11:00 AM.
