A thatched-roof detached house with approximately 280 m² of living space for up to 6 people, offering a stunning view of the Wadden Sea.
This beautiful detached house in the heart of the Braderuper Heide, overlooking the mudflats, has everything you could wish for.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
Kitchen/dining area: The spacious and perfectly equipped country-style kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The large dining table, which seats 6 people, is ideal for cozy get-togethers.
A beautiful entryway and a door leading to the large garden, which features a northeast-facing and a southwest-facing terrace. The garden also features a shaded sunken area with a beach chair and a stunning view of the Wadden Sea.
Fireplace Room: This spacious room impresses not only with its open fireplace. A large, arch-shaped panoramic window offers a fabulous view of the heathland, the Kampen lighthouse, and the Wadden Sea all the way to List. The fireplace is not in use.
Living room: A cozy library with a TV and upholstered furniture that invites you to linger.
On the living level, you’ll also find a guest restroom.
On the upper floor, you’ll find:
Bedroom 1: Cozy double bed (160 x 200 cm), high-quality built-in cabinetry, TV, and a great view.
