We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Five bedrooms provide restful space for up to twelve guests. The primary suite includes a king bed, sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom features a king bed with room-darkening shades, while the third offers a queen bed with lounge chairs and a table. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and rooftop patio access, and the fifth is furnished with a queen bed and dresser. With two full bathrooms and a half bath, everyone can get ready for the day without waiting.

The rooftop patio invites you to start the morning in the sunshine or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. Out back, the fenced yard provides a hammock, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture for meals and conversation under the open sky.

Inside, 2,400 square feet of living space includes a renovated kitchen stocked with cooking basics and upgraded appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. This pet-friendly home makes travel easier with thoughtful touches: a pack ’n play, high chair, and board games for children, plus a laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink for longer stays. Comfort features include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets and pillows.

This is a great area close to all things Denver has to offer! The property was clean and the management was very quick to respond with inquiries if needed. We had a comfortable stay and would love to come back!

Everything was great, only complaint is we expected some of the beds to be better quality for what we paid for per day.

The house was perfect for the group we had staying for the weekend. The only complaints made were that there were bugs in some of the windows and that a few of the beds were not very comfortable. All in all it was a good time

I booked this property for a guys weekend trip with all of us flying in from out of state. The property was exceptionally clean and well-furnished. The living room and rooftop patio were great spaces for just relaxing and catching up. Sloan Lake was only two blocks away making it a great destination for scenic walks. Good communication with property management with clear and easy instructions for check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this property to folks looking for a great place to stay west of downtown Denver.
