In a 3-hectare park with swimming pool reserved for Residents, open from 15.04 to 15.10 from 8.30 am to 9 pm - 1.800 m from the downtown.

- American kitchen with well-equipped island (3-burner induction hob, oven, microwave oven, American fridge, Tassimo, plancha, 1-bowl sink – extractor hood, dishwasher).
- Room with 140 cm bed air-conditioned with shower and sink.
- Independent toilet – washing machine.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom with 160 cm bed air-conditioned opening onto terrace with sea view - cupboards - Television.
- Room with 1 140 cm bed air-conditioned – Television.
- Shower room.
- Separate toilets.
Beautiful terrace with garden furniture – Electric sun blinds – Garage n° 722 (2.30 m wide 5.80 m long) – Wifi. 20 steps to access the apartment from the unloading road.
Residence with private swimming pool and wading pool – Communal tennis courts in the immediate vicinity.
TERMS
Deposit returned within one month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original state (sanitary facilities, clean floors, kitchen and windows, defrosted refrigerator, mattress protector and bath mats washed,...).
We insist that the number of people indicated on the tenancy agreement must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.

The end-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be validated with the agency according to our schedule, please consult us to find out the price.

We work with a laundry that can provide you with what you need, ask us for the laundry form.
For the period from 31 October to 31 March, water and electricity consumption are billed on an actual basis: €4/m3 and €0.1985/kWh after reading the meters on arrival and departure.

We gave 5 stars with a small reservation. The location is A The views are stunning! The property is clean (we had a small ant problem but the agent took care of it immediately). The funicular is fun!Parking could be an issue if you have a large car or SUV - it's a smallish private garage. We were disappointed that the pool was closed the full week we were there, but this is not the agent's fault.We were VERY surprised that bed linens, towels, etc. were not included and had to be rented separately in advance. This was not mentioned on the posting and it should be. The agency provided a very complex order form but which was too complicated for my tourist level French. Luckily the agent was very helpful.Overall we loved this place. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen and amazing views.

With a spectacular view of the sea, well-appointed rooms, a funicular to get you up and down the hill, and very helpful staff, this place was superb. Highly recommended.
