Beautiful renovated holiday home with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It will seduce you with its simple and modern decoration, its ideal location on the hill of Semaphore, close to the city center and a few minutes drive from the beaches.
Accommodation classified 3* by the Tourist Office*
- Air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (140 cm), table and chairs, TV stand with flat screen TV, fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes and various utensils),
- Air-conditioned room 1: Double bed (140 cm) with fitted wardrobes, winter garden
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90cm) with fitted wardrobes
- Bathroom with shower cabin, vanity, toilet and washing machine
- Swimming pool with sunbeds
- Terrace with dining and relaxation furniture
- Mediterranean garden of 480 m²

If you wish to arrive out of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.
Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival):
- Heating pool: 200€/week ***
- Double bed linen set: 25€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Single bed linen set : 20€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Simple towels set (1 large + 1 small bath towels): 15€/person/stay
- Complete towels set (simple towels set + 1 beach towel): 20€/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): 30 € for the first item + 10 €/additional item, to choose between :

*** Heating of the pool only possible from June to September depending on weather conditions. We could refuse the heating of the pool at any time before your arrival if we believe that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be completely due. Any last minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur an extra charge of €50. Please contact us for any further information.

- Security deposit: 1000€ by credit card only

Correspond tout à fait à l'annonce, tranquille et chaleureuse, très bien équipée. L'agence a été ponctuelle malgré l'orage à notre arrivée, les directives sont claires, vraiment super!

Das Haus ist schon älter, wurde aber kürzlich innen umfassend modernisiert (Fenster, Böden, Möbel, Küche...), leider bis auf das Bad. Das ist noch 60er/70er Jahre und recht klein. Es ist viel Geschirr vorhanden, einziger Mangel: für die meisten Töpfe gibt es keine Deckel.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war völlig problemlos und zuverlässig.
Für 2-3 Personen ist das Häuschen wirklich hübsch. Bei mehr Leuten wäre es sehr eng, besonders wenn man sich nicht mehr die ganze Zeit (außer zum Schlafen) draußen aufhalten kann.

Belle petite location refaite à neuf pour 2 personnes ,4, grand maximum, avec un beau petit terrain plat. Sans vue .
Proche plage de la Nartelle et pas trop loin du centre ville ,en voiture. Très calme ,dans un beau quartier résidentiel.
