For Christmas instead of gifts we planned a mini family vacation. We had 5 adults and 1 child. The property was just what we needed, lots of areas to gather and converse or to just take a lazy afternoon nap. Our 4 year old grandson couldn't get enough of the pool and the beach which was just minutes away. Our host, Jeff, was very responsive and professional. Turns out the previous vacation guests jammed up the garbage disposal with broken glass, which we noticed at check in. Called Jeff and he had a plumber out that very same day. The bedrooms were of good size and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Would book this property again :)

Great property for hosting friends and family in Sarasota. Lots of outdoor space with 3 area’s to relax and a pool! Open concept kitchen, dining and living room made it super comfortable for my entire family. We were in town for a wedding and had several rental properties close to one another and everyone wound up gathering at this property due to spacious comfortable experience.
