Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from the condo. It had a very “homey” feel that my family liked.

We spent four nights in Twilight View H2 and it was the best vacation rental we have had so far at Purgatory. Super clean, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, new carpets, a large window covering most of the east wall of the living room with beautiful views, a wood-burning fireplace (which we didn’t use) and that rustic look matching the mountains and forests views. Vaulted ceilings across the house and a lot of daylight. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. Books, board games, a CD player, and a TV. Wifi was sometimes slower, but definitely sufficient for work including teleconferencing. It is not a true ski-in/ski-out unless the road is covered by snow, but it is very close to it, a three minute walk to get to the lift. An outstanding vacation rental.

Beds were advertised as much larger than reality on listing. Wide angle photos make beds appear bigger than they are. 1 bedroom has a double, possible you could claim it a Queen bed. Other room has 2 single beds. Much smaller than true twin size beds. Definitely can only fit one child or adult per bed comfortably. Toilet stains and water corrision haven't been cleaned in a long time. Bathroom faucets had mold and mineral buildup. Overall the details on cleaning are getting overlooked. Decks full of hard packed ice from snowfall weeks prior. Feels like your own relative's home where minor quirks like this are ok. A bit of disappointment. I felt misled on the false description of beds for the price paid. Not the high standard you'd find at a property managed by a company with stricter upkeep standards. Biggest upgrade would be to invest in new mattresses or beds. Current beds feel like they're from 1950.Kitchen and common living area with nice views and wall of windows excellent. Family games, dvds, and tv provided nice calm activities after long fun ski days.Hot water in rental great. Plenty of dishes, towels & cookware stocked. Nice family dinner table.Hot tub on site was unplugged/OFF inoperable for part of our stay with no explanation or note/sign whether guests could use it. Way too cold to try in freezing outdoor temps.Would stay again if prices were in line with actual facilities offered.
