About this house rental
Walking into this newly furnished 5 bedroom/2 bath home in Avondale, you will immediately notice the comfortable spaces and attention to detail. You are immediately greeted by a fun game room with pool table, and a comfortable seating area to relax in. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The island/bar in the kitchen is the perfect place to pull up a stool for breakfast or to have a glass of wine while preparing dinner. There is also a cozy living room with couch and loveseat and big screen TV, and a dining area with seating for 6.
The master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath, along with a separate entrance to the outside. The master bath features a full sized walk in shower, and double sinks. There are an additional 4 bedrooms featuring 3 queen beds and the last bedroom has a single over twin bunk. In the summer the pool is a perfect size and will be cool and inviting even on the warmest days. The back yard boasts a covered area with furniture perfect for relaxing, dining area with seating for 6, lounge chairs so you can soak up the sun, a BBQ grill area, and a sparking HEATED pool! This home is welcoming and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun.
There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival.

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.
Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day, please let us know ahead of time if you would like the pool heated. Please note that the pool and spa are not plumbed separately so if you want the spa heated you will need to pay for pool heat as both will be heated. Thank you!
This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.

We had a great time and were suprised with the accommodations. The pictures didnt do the property justice. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The pool was the selling point for us so we werent stuck inside all day and it did not disappoint. We were in town for a concert and it was only a 15 minute drive by street to the State Farm stadium. We usually take our house with us when traveling but didnt this time and we had everything we needed to cook inside and bbq outside. Thank you Lori for making this a great experience!

This is a great property with lots of space and very clean. The location was great and easy to get to freeways. The host was quick to answer questions. We highly recommend staying here.

House is great. However, if you pay for the heated pool and spa be aware that the spa and pool cannot be heated at the same time. The spa was heated only from 6pm-10pm. having an all day heated pool and spa was not an option. Also the bath towels that were laid out in the bathroom were damp.
