Bring the provided beach chairs and towels down to the shore each morning, and sleep soundly each evening in a primary bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom offering a granite vanity sink and a bathtub.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
As of 4/14/25, the pool, hot tub, and grills are all available for guest use!
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Let’s just start with the view!!! Check in was a breeze. Condo was very clean. All comfortable furniture. Water pressure was beyond expectations!! Location is perfect. You are half way between John’s Pass and Caddy’s (literally a few minutes walk). Elevator went down 2x 1 day but was fixed quickly. We’ve stayed at several other complexes with 2+ bedrooms but this trip was just the 2 of us and we had PLENTY of room. “Smaller” kitchen but so open that it was BEAUTIFUL.

The property did an excellent job in getting cleaned up and ready for the season. The pool and hot tub were open and clean. The room was well appointed and we would stay there again.

The space was great for the 2 of us. Lots of elbow room. Balcony view was great. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable. It is clearly old with visible body impressions and a ridge in the middle. Woke up with a back ache every morning. I would stay again if it gets a new bed.

Our condo was fine—we knew it wasn’t anything fancy. As others have mentioned—an update is certainly in order. The only thing in the cupboards was salt and pepper—again fine—just a heads up if you’re used to more well appointed kitchens. The door lock made me nervous as it seemed less than secure. However, you have to use a code to get up
the elevator and up the stairs.
Which leads into the worst part of the condominium—the elevator. SLOW—SLOW—SLOW and HOT—HOT—HOT! There seemed to be zero ventilation in the elevator—it was like being trapped in a sauna. They were able to put an after market security camera—why not a fan? Really—anything that would help make it bearable. Not one person I ran across didn’t mention these elevator issues. I was told the elevator has been down the day before we arrived. It seemed to be functioning once we arrived. Then the day before we left I entered the elevator on the 7th floor and hit the ground floor—doors closed—then nothing happened. I hit the button again. Nothing. I hit the open door button and it opened up to the 7th floor. It did this twice. I reported it to the on-site property manager. He stated he just has the elevator company out the week prior—then told me they are waiting for a circuit board that will be in next week. Just a cautionary tale—if you physically cannot handle stairs either up or down—this may not be the place for you. Pool was clean—I watched them clean it from the balcony. Overall a positive.
