Flur and Lain—meaning “flowers” and “wood.” The names of our suites blend the spirit of the house with modernity. Modern, stylish, and cozy—that’s what our suites are all about. Simply a place to feel at home. In addition to their wonderful ambiance, our suites are, of course, fully equipped. The perfect retreat after an adventure-filled day in the Tannheimer Valley.

. Every suite offers free Wi-Fi. If you prefer a more relaxed morning, help yourself to a cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine with coffee bar in your own kitchen, or brew some tea from the selection provided. There’s a flat-screen TV in every bedroom and, of course, in the living areas as well. Feel free to leave your towels and bathrobes at home—they’ll be waiting for you upon arrival.

We’re located in Schattwald, in the Tannheimer Valley. Some say it’s the most beautiful high valley in Europe—and actually, it really is. Whether in winter with snow-covered ski slopes, in summer on the mountain peaks, or even in fall when the forest is draped in the most vibrant colors. It’s actually always beautiful here. And right in the middle of it all, between conquering the peaks and the thrill of the slopes, stands our “Kathrina.” And it has been there for two hundred years. While the facade, with its sun-bleached shingles, remains just as it always has, the interior is modern. And luxurious. Trendy and cozy. Everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
