The detached holiday home, renovated in 2021, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing and fire pit.

Air conditioners in bedroom and living room. The entrance leads over a 5 sqm terrace directly in the living room with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 1 double bed. American kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
