Very responsive host, we had a problem with the heating system and she came in no time to solve it
Enough space for 3 families, beatuful garden and the indoor playground was a big plus for the children
The vila itself is a bit old, needs some renovations, at the upper floor we noticed the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and was also an unpleasant smell there, but overall was a good stay for 1 night.

very nice place, big garden and very nice outdoor space, the barbecue spot was very cosy and we really enjoyed it when night felt. 3 bathrooms was perfect as well for a group of 10, the owner was very nice and helpful. there is a nice balcony as well to enjoy a view on fonyod, just 20 minutes by walk from the closest beach.
the only improvement point would be the bathrooms shower, the one next the the game room don't have a working shower head anymore. The one at the first floor is leaking and the shower next to the rooms have big rocks and my friends told me that it's pretty painful for a shower.
