The accommodation is a 35 M2 studio completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with good quality equipment and utensils for the preparation of meals. The bedding is a folding double bed of 140*200 cm and a sofa bed 140x200cm. A dining area is provided inside. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a sink cabinet. Many storage cupboards. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
Outside, you will have a large private terrace of approximately 40 m2 with a Weber gas BBQ, a dining room, and a relaxation area with two deck chairs and a parasol.
