Brew some coffee and spend the morning enjoying the outdoor space, taking your pick of the shady front porch or spacious back deck, complete with a ceiling fan and swinging papasan chair.

Inside, you’ll find a stylish, fully updated space, with hardwood floors, cool gray walls, and elegant furnishings. The open-plan living means the chef can make magic in the sleek, full kitchen while everyone hangs out nearby. The littles can perch at the kitchen island barstools while everyone else dines at the adjacent table, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher for an easy cleanup.

After a day of fun, you’ll love returning to relax in the central AC. If there’s a chill in the air, turn on the gas fireplace to keep things cozy. Grab a spot on the couch and watch some TV, use the in-home WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, or play a friendly game of pool or foosball upstairs. Bedtime awaits in four comfortable bedrooms, but before turning in, step back out to that backyard deck for another turn in the papasan chair and a toast to finding the perfect St. Augustine getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
