Located in the heart of the Gulch, this new home was designed to be a fantasy urban oasis for guests. With luxury, comfort, and entertaining in mind, the house is filled with premium amenities and highly-stylized living spaces. Guests will enjoy abundant entertaining accouterments, two spacious outdoor entertaining areas with skyline views, a game room, luxury linens, and so much more! This quiet street is just a few minutes' walk from the Gulch corridor filled with shops, bars, and restaurants.
You can enjoy being tucked within a quiet neighborhood and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Every stylized bedroom has a dedicated bathroom and shower. Each bedroom is also appointed with blackout curtains, premium linens, and a smart TV to unwind at the end of the day. The fully equipped kitchen is wonderful for entertaining within open spaces, has commercial grade appliances, and a centerpiece island to toast to your visit to Nashville.
The dining area is a perfect accompaniment for an intimate night in with friends or family. You can also choose to relax in the living area on the sleek and lush couch, as well as enjoy the shuffleboard or other group-designed activities in our dedicated game room, which opens out to our private roof deck, where you can fill up in the tranquil ambiance created by the Nashville skyline. Or you can go to the second-floor exterior deck for more lounging enjoyment. For your convenience, there is also brand new laundry equipment for your use during your stay.
This neighborhood is very walkable and a five-minute walk from Middle Gulch. Many locals and guests alike also enjoy using the electric rental scooters located throughout the Gulch District. In Nashville, our motorized scooter programs include Bird, Lime, and Lyft. Feel free to download their apps to find nearby scooters. You will be a quick five-minute Uber/Lyft ride to DT Nashville or 12 South where another bustling food, bar and entertainment scene awaits you.

Great location and perfect place for 8 adults. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the first level is spacious enough for large groups.

The property was pretty clean. A few things could be addressed. You can tell the place is cleaned between renters. However, it is due for a deep overall cleaning. The location is amazing. Walking distance to The Gulch. Quick Uber ride to downtown. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of space for our party of 8 adults. The area seemed very safe and walkable. Ourdpor area and the game room upstairs is great. I would suggest better directions on how to emter the garage area. You have to go down and around a driveway that is a house and a half away. Took a bit to figure that out. Besides that I wpuld definitely rent this home again.

While the house itself was nice, in a good location and generally met our needs, some issues detracted from our experience. The kitchen was significantly understocked for a property of this size and price point. Basic cooking essentials (pots and pans of normal size) were missing, which was quite surprising and inconvenient. For a rental that promises comfort and functionality, this felt like a significant oversight. We encountered serious arrival and departure issues. Upon our arrival at 4 PM, the driveway was blocked by a truck due to ongoing floor refinishing, even though there didn't seem to be a crew around. While we were fortunate to navigate around it because the neighbors had no vehicles, this could have easily prevented us from accessing the property and unloading our belongings on time. When we were leaving at 10 AM, a cleaning crew arrived, requiring us to adjust our departure to accommodate them. This kind of mismanagement was frustrating and not what I expected from a professional rental experience. I frequently rent through VRBO and have not faced these issues before.
