The Strandläufer apartment features high ceilings, a view of the sea, and a sweeping vista across the village street.



Since 1905, the Logierhaus am Meer, with its attractive Art Nouveau ornamentation, has been a real eye-catcher on Wangerooge. And neither its appearance nor its function has changed since then. From the very beginning, the building has served as comfortable lodging for visitors to the island. Even back then, its perfect location in the center of town and right next to the white sandy beach made the Logierhaus am Meer a truly special place to stay. We offer four vacation apartments that can accommodate up to six people. 



On-site costs: Linens and final cleaning are included in the total prices listed per stay. Your pet is welcome by prior arrangement for €15 per night. For use of the swimming pool at the Strandhotel Gerken, we charge €15 per person per night; for the sauna area (Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin), €17 per person per night, each including a bathrobe. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 can use the swimming pool for €6 per night and the sauna for €9 per night.Breakfast at the Strandhotel: €20 per person per night; breakfast for children between the ages of 5 and 11: €12 per person per night; dinner menu/buffet at the Strandhotel: €29 per person per night; dinner menu/buffet for children ages 5–11: €12 per person per night.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
