This idyllically situated vacation home is located about 300 meters from a public access point to Lake Constance, offers unobstructed lake and panoramic views of Lake Constance and the Swiss Seerücken from nearly every room, and is situated in a very upscale residential area in the Kattenhorn district of the Lake Constance municipality of Öhningen, on the Höri Peninsula, directly on the Swiss border. In 90 minutes, you can reach the ski resorts in Toggenburg (CH) and the Churfirsten/Säntis (CH). The popular Lake Constance Bike Path and a bus stop are located right next to the property. The entire house faces south/east and therefore enjoys plenty of sunlight.
This detached single-family home underwent a complete renovation in 2020/21 and offers approximately 208 m² of living space across three floors, along with a lawn area of approximately 3,100 m². The vacation home is divided into two vacation apartments and features gas central heating. Further details about the apartments can be found in the attached description of amenities.
The town of Öhningen has excellent amenities, including shopping, sports facilities, a beautiful large outdoor swimming pool, bus service, bike rentals, doctors, and banks.
The towns of Radolfzell and Singen are about a 15- to 20-minute drive away.

The Bellevue vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, as well as 1 wide sleeper chair and a sofa bed. There is sleeping space for 11 people, plus 3 travel cribs. On the other side of the house is the Seegarten vacation apartment for 2 people. Thus, the entire house can accommodate up to 13 people. Our fully furnished apartment, spread over 2 floors, offers you every comfort. It features a modern kitchen with a kitchen island, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven, a coffee maker, a milk frother, a toaster, a kettle, egg cups, a tea box, a peeler, pots, pans, dishes, water glasses, coffee/tea cups, wine, champagne, and whiskey glasses, a coffee set, silverware, coasters, plates, children’s cutlery, and a quartz wall clock. A living room with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, leather sofa, and Wi-Fi. A washing machine and clothes rack make a longer stay more convenient. A fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first-aid kit ensure your safety. The covered patio, featuring two lounge benches, cushions, a small table, and a Weber grill with accessories, offers you a breathtaking view of the lake; the uncovered patio, with an additional grill, table, bench, and chairs, also contributes to your comfort. A bathroom on the first floor with a shower, bathtub, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, and soap dispenser—along with underfloor heating—and a bathroom on the upper floor with a shower, toilet, wall mirror, and soap dispenser provide ample space for your daily hygiene routine. For your comfort, there are also 3 bedrooms with box-spring beds measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters, 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters and a separate sleeper sofa, a leather armchair, and a side table. A hallway with a wall mirror is also available. Of course, there’s also a children’s playroom with two travel cribs, a high chair, a rocker, a changing table, a diaper pail, a baby monitor, a baby bathtub, as well as toys, a play kitchen, a pretend store, and a ball pit.
