Dine together at the round table for four, or step back outside and eat on the patio.
When it’s time to explore, you’re surrounded by spectacular snowshoeing, biking, skiing, and hiking opportunities depending on the season - don’t miss Garden of the Gods, around nine miles to your west. After a busy day out, fire up the gas grill to keep dinner simple. Relax on the sofa while you watch a little TV or upload the day’s pics to your social media accounts, courtesy of the complimentary WiFi. There’s a dedicated desk area in the kitchen if you’ve got any remote work to do before calling it a night. Extra perks of this home include a washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A quality 2 bedroom duplex full of charm in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for 4 adults. Fully equipped with all the amenities including a entertainment patio with grill and fireplace.
