Tucked into a quiet, northwest neighborhood, you’re just minutes from downtown Phoenix and chic Scottsdale, as well as plenty of hiking and outdoor recreation opportunities. Sip some morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the backyard’s covered lanai, then slip into the sparkling pool to swim a few laps. The fire pit next to the pool is the perfect place to roast some marshmallows and watch the stars rise in the desert sky.
Inside, you’ll find new flooring and a hip mixture of colorful modern and retro furnishings. Get groovy in the bright orange painted den while you swing in the papasan chair or relax on the velvet sofa. The bright teal backsplash adds character to the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to prepare a feast. Between the dining room table, kitchen island barstools, and patio table on the lanai, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal.

The house was comfortable and close to my daughters school. The lock stopped working the second day and nobody came out to fix it so I had to pack everything back up and take it with me each day. That was my only issue.

The house is nice and works for a large group. The pool is not heated and although not advertised as such would have liked to know prior to booking. The kitchen is not set up for a large group - no large cooking pans. There were cigarette butts all around the pool area which was less than appealing. We did communicate with management over that and they did offer to come clean - but kind of awkward with us already at the property. We also found water on the ground in the laundry room, communicated it — and then were told the laundry was non operational. Maintenance called and said we were to be informed prior to arrival of such — but that had not occurred. And unfortunately the lack of transparency around a major amenity did color my opinion of the experience. I am sure the next renter will benefit from us having worked out some of the bugs.
