This property is just as listed. One bedroom with 2 small beds and a small bath with a tricky shower, but the response to our questions was immediate.The stairs from the parking lot are tricky (railroad ties with gravel), so be aware. It's one of the cleanest places we've stayed! Right next to downtown.

Cute town and extremely convenient location. Loved the “quiet” side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was well stocked and nicer than anticipated. We had a couple of maintenance issues - the smoke detector in the bedroom was hanging by the wires and the living room one was removed with the wires hanging down. Sofa bed was also broken when we pulled it out to use it. The living room smoke detector was replaced a couple of days after arrival. The bedroom one was still hanging when we left. They responded quickly to messages, but maintenance had to be performed when they were scheduled to be onsite. Would stay there again as it was clean, quiet and well stocked.

We have been to Grand Lake many times over the years, but this was our first stay at the "Loose Moose." It was wonderful! Easy to find, easy to check in, and the place was exactly as described in the listing. Excellent location as you could easily walk to the boardwalk, yet there is enough distance from the hustle and noise. Highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again next time we travel to Grand Lake!
