The location was perfect for our stay. It's 5 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and is within a walking distance of Grand Lake. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom but the queen bed in the adjacent room was a bit lumpy for our guests. All in all, we thoroughly loved the accommodations.
The only downside of the condo was the fact that it is on the third floor and there isn't any access to an elevator. I didn't know this ahead of time and I think this should be noted in the ad.

This was my third stay in the Grand Lake Condo. I absolutely love this place! Beautiful living room with a gas fireplace, a deck with a BBQ grill, and a Master Bath with a deep bathtub for soaking in. The Master Bedroom has a gorgeous view of Mount Craig - a towering mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park at the far end of Grand Lake. It is always peaceful and quiet in this house - I have never once heard any of the neighbors! The town of Grand Lake is wonderful, with many small shops to explore and several restaurants to choose from. The Condo is less than three minutes from downtown Grand Lake, and less than 10 minutes from the West Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. I highly recommend this rental!

The lock box was NOT located on the door as stated in the information. There was a key inside the lock box which was not explained. We couldn't figure out how to get the locked door open after multiple attempts. The cleaning lady had to come and DEMONSTRATE how to open it. Very poorly written instructions
