Both bedrooms are equipped with TV for added convenience. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. The house was very clean and stocked with almost all necessities, such as towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Super close to the public beach access, and the owner was very responsive. Only thing that can be improved is there should be more essentials provided, such as cooking oil, toothpaste, bar soap, etc. Everything else was good!
