I liked the area as it was close to shopping and restaurants. I didn’t like the lack of communication.
The condo had upgraded to a fob system to access elevators, stairs, pool and beach gate.
We did not receive our fobs until two days in and after 3 calls to the unit management (Vacasa) which were of no help. We only received the fobs because we inquired to local maintenance and building manager.

Four adults in our 50s. The unit was in a fun location; however; it needs a lot of work. Air conditioning never shut off and still didn't cool the place. VERY hot at night. Broken items: outdoor chair, vent in dryer, tile in kitchen, drawers in kitchen. Ripped up kitchen chairs, tile falling off in kitchen, TV remotes didn't work in bedroom, second bedroom closets full of junky beach items, code to elevator never worked, and only one key fob to get into the elevator. It's directly across from John's Pass... you will hear music but we enjoyed that. If you don't mind this, the place was fine. If it had a few updates, it would be a nice place to stay.
