About this farm stay rental
Our farmhouse is located in a remote area of Holmes county on a quiet dirt road with no neighbors in sight. Plenty of room and ground to entertain a small family or a large group. Kid's playset and large pond stocked with plenty of fish to entertain your family. Come and enjoy serene peace & quiet!!
Our place is only a 15 min drive to downtown Millersburg with fine dining and tons of local antique and specialty stores, golf and only another 10 min away from Berlin! 35 min from Mohican state park, 45 min from snow trails ski resort
Due to confusion I would like to update some information.
1. We do not have Wi-Fi! Unfortunately internet is not available here except Verizon or Hughes net and both don’t work well for this situation because the first guest of the cycle would use up all the high speed and rest of the month my guests would have super slow lagging Wi-Fi so we opted to keep this a get away to enjoy the remote area
2. This site doesn’t have an option for air mattresses. The common area is our upstairs “family room” which has a Daybed with trundle, tv and games. There is a full air mattress and twin air mattress with bedding & pillows provided.
3. King master bedroom is on main floor with attached master bath
4. Second floor also has a queen bedroom, another bedroom with 3 twins and a full bed, family room and full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beautiful home. Every need was provided. Huge bass in the pond to fish for. Very private. Fast responce from owner when a question was asked. We all enjoyed our stay immensely and we will recommend it to our friends and we hope to stay in the area again soon

We have over a dozen family that stay all weekend and you can't even tell there are that many there as the upstairs has a playroom, a fire pit outside and the pond or just going for a walk.

We had 6 people in our party. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is clean with plenty of room for outdoor games. The screened in patio is huge with nice furniture. My 4 year old grandson sat out there every morning and evening, the whole family ate our meals out there. It is a very relaxing home to come back to after long days enjoying Amish country activities. My 11 year old grandson loved the fishing pond and caught a fish about 7-8 pounds. If you are looking for a quiet home to relax in, but close to town, this is the home for you. Melody is a great host very good to work with.
