Cute, comfortable, and clean. Dawn was very hospitable! Great location for visiting many awesome places like Pikes Peak, Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, trip to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park. We had a great time! We’d stay again!

Nice location. Could have been more warmer in the rooms. Not enough space in living room. Overall, for our stay it was okay.
