About this house rental
You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. In the middle of Colorado Springs, you have access to shopping, dining, and hikes. This home is cottage #4. When you enter through the door, you will see the kitchen to your right with a dining table. To your left will be the queen sized bed and the pullout couch. Straight ahead is the TV. To the right of the TV is the restroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Guests will have access to their cottage, the laundry room, and the picnic tables and bbq pit. There are neighboring units so there is potential for noise. We are available through the app, phone call, and texting messaging before, during, and after your stay. Please note: During the hours of 10PM to 6AM, you may receive a delay in response times. There is a hot tub, shared with other guests

The hot tub was only set at 90 degrees, so not warm enough to enjoy in chilly weather. Mildly inconvenient that there was no ice maker or ice cube trays. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

I thought it was a great price for what was provided… however the mattress was not good at all which I tried to fix before my arrival.. they tried to fix it with a topper, I had already purchased an air mattress.. the community room TV was of 0 use during our stay. I would definitely come back though the views were amazing!

The property is gated and feels very safe. The area was super quiet even for a night shift working. I came "home" from work to sleep and the entire day was quite. The ac unit does need a little work, it makes a strange noise while on. The space was large and I had what I needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The negative: the bed is terrible. You can feel the metal springs popping through and the sofa bed is way worse.
