The cozy 55 m² Timmy vacation apartment is located on the lower level of a semi-detached house at
on the outskirts of town, right next to the coastal forest. It’s just 400 meters to the beach. The two-room apartment features a separate kitchen with a sitting area and a dining table for three people, a bedroom with two sleeping options (90x200, can be separated), a room with a sofa and a sleeper sofa (140x200), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The separate entrance is accessible via a terrace with patio furniture and a grill. There is a parking space on the property, and bicycles can also be stored there. Since there is an unguarded, unfenced pond in the yard, we unfortunately cannot accommodate bookings with small children.

The 55 m² basement apartment “Timmy” in Lubmin consists of two living-bedroom areas, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower for 3 people. One bedroom features a TV, a closet, a sitting area with a couch, and two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The second room features a sofa, a separate sofa bed (140x200), a TV, and a wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an exhaust hood, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker. There is also a sitting area in the kitchen. This cheerfully furnished vacation rental, located near the coastal forest and 400 m from the beach, is accessible via a separate entrance. A patio with patio furniture and a grill, as well as a parking space, are located in the courtyard, where bicycles can also be stored. Since there is an unguarded, unfenced pond in the courtyard, we unfortunately cannot accommodate bookings with small children. You may not bring your own pets, but the family dog is happy to welcome every guest.
