Breathtaking views, trail out your front door to town, mountain facing new hot tub, ample outdoor and indoor entertainment, and recently updated appointments and designer décor wrapped in 5500 square feet of luxury!
Make this stunning estate your home away from home; it is a vacation in and of itself. Perched on an elevated lookout just on the east side of town, the home sits in the PERFECT spot for both convenient access to town for a walk to dinner, while maintaining some of the best views in Breck. The Washington Trail borders the north side of the property and takes you down into town in 5-7 minutes for dinner, a night cap, some shopping, or to grab a shuttle.
The home itself was just updated and wows in every way. The estate overflows with nearly excessive places to be or get away. The main floor boast towering cathedral ceilings, elegant finishes, chef's kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 office areas and sun room, and enormous main level suite. This dazzling entertaining floor is open enough for the whole group to be together, yet sprawling enough to host a half dozen different activities. This was the perfect home for our family! We had 5 adult couples stay comfortably in the home. The amenities were top notch. From firewood already sitting next to the fireplace to the spices in the cabinet to a usable garage and even a sauna! We were able to make 3 course meals and sit at the large dinner table easily! The house was extremely clean. Even the hottub looked brand new. There were very considerate little bonuses throughout the house, such as a humidifier and fan in each room, YoutubeTV subscribed for by the host and ready to watch. Location was great as well. A short walk down the trail brings you to Main St. and then can take the Gondola to the lifts.

Golden View Chalet was perfect again this year, beautiful fall colors, easy walk to town, grandkids loved the toys in the downstairs play area, new Blackstone grill was incredible. Ideal house for a family vacation.
