About this house rental
Welcome to our clean and spacious Sloan's Lake home. We are walkable to Sloan's Lake, Broncos Stadium, and Meow Wolf! The rental is for the basement unit in our home with 2 bedrooms, and one bathroom. We have a full kitchen, ample street parking, great location, 7 minutes to downtown Denver, 7 minute to the Highlands, 15 minutes to Golden, easy access to the mountains. Please note we do live in the unit above and there can be some sound transfer between the units. -Nick and Jen

The apartment is in the basement of a house with people living upstairs. It is in a great location with easy access to pretty much everything! If you're looking to be out and about most of your trip, I think this place works great.
The noise from upstairs is really loud, so bring earplugs or utilize the fans in the house for noise. There are also no a/c controls in the apartment so you have to ask the owners to change the temperature, which was a mild inconvenience, but they were super responsive when asked. The house was reasonably stocked and clean.
Overall, if you don't mind sharing space with others, this is a good place to rest your head while on an active vacation. If you want privacy and quiet, I wouldn't recommend.

Great location, easy in and out, clean, has all the amenities you need (just incase you forget something), nice restaurants within walking distance or a short ride, and it’s quiet. You can barley hear them upstairs

Nice basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Full kitchen and great washer and dryer. Very accommodating owners. Met our requirements very well. No negatives. Coffee pot with coffee provided. When it got a bit cool, owners were very accommodating to raise the temp. Very positive experience.

This property is super close to Empower Field at Mile High. Very clean and comfortable. The host is very accommodating!
