Situated just a short stroll from the pristine coastline, this lovely 2BR/2BA condo features a private balcony and three flat-screen TVs. Nestled in The Spa on Port Royal Sound community, this rental offers the perfect locale -- away from the crowds and nestled between two beautiful parks.

Amazing resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, a fitness room, grilling areas, and a playground.

LIVING AREA

Kick back in the inviting living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sectional and a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delicious dishes in the immaculate kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and plenty of cookware.

When it's time to dine, two tables each accommodate four.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly on the king-size bed in the primary bedroom, also fitted with a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and a smart TV. The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the coastal breeze on the private balcony, which offers seating for five overlooking both the pool and a park-like courtyard.

Guests will be required to purchase parking passes upon arrival at the Spa Main Gate. It is $25 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Fees must be paid with credit card. No cash will be accepted! (Parking pass prices and availability are subject to change.)

Boats, including kayaks and canoes, are not permitted on the property.

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

Located mid-island away from the crowds, this getaway is nestled between two historic parks -- Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park. Find public beaches, 20 golf courses, excellent dining, movie theaters, and shopping nearby. Coligny Beach is just a 20-minute drive and features free parking, dressing rooms, showers, shops, and restaurants.

Connecting directly to Hilton Head's bike trails, enjoy direct access to bike paths that cover virtually the entire island!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
