Spend sun-kissed days on the soft sand or take in sweeping vistas of the Atlantic from the elevated boardwalk. Uncrowded Mitchelville Beach is a short stroll away, while over 55 miles of paved bike paths begin at The Spa and wind throughout the entire island.

After a fun-filled day by the ocean or exploring the area, return to your upscale retreat and enjoy a multitude of on-site amenities -- including three pools, a hot tub, and a fitness room.

LIVING AREA

The welcoming living area features a neutral color palette with pops of color and charming beach decor. Kick back on the comfy sofa or two recliners and watch favorite shows on the 50' cable TV, which features many channels.

The enclosed sunroom is furnished with a cushioned wicker love seat and two armchairs -- a great spot to linger over morning coffee.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up brunch in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Helpful extras include ample cookware, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Enjoy meals together at the sleek dining table with four high-back wicker chairs.

This well-appointed unit sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the elegant master bedroom, furnished with a plush king bed and 32' cable TV. Newly remodeled, the en-suite master bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Rest easy in the second bedroom, outfitted with two comfy twin beds and a 32' cable TV. The adjacent guest bathroom (also remodeled) provides another tub/shower combination.

The on-site fee for the parking pass is $20 and must be paid in cash only. If you’d like a 2nd pass, please contact Vacasa at least 3 days prior to your arrival. The 2nd pass will cost $5 and must also be paid in cash at the security gate upon arrival. No boats of any kind are allowed (including kayaks and canoes).

This unit is located on the first floor, accessible via a few stairs. Elevators are not provided.

Very clean cute and comfortable condo with a view of the tennis courts. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, appliances, dishes, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils. Everything you need if you want to cook a few nights while on vacation. The property is well-kept and clean with a short walk to the water. I did see a few cats but none of them ever came up to us they all stayed away. The dryer was broken during our stay but both a property manager and owner were very quick to respond and find a resolution. We definitely would stay in this condo again.

We loved the cleanliness of the condo and the peace and quiet.The bed and linens are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for making meals. It feels very safe( you enter through a guard station) and is family friendly with people taking bikes everywhere. The beach is easy to walk to amd they have swings, hammocks, and grilling areas right at the beach. There is a beautiful lagoon with landscaped gardens along a path to the ocean which I loved. They have tennis courts, 2 outside pools,; one with a pavilion. Plus, they have an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.I would definitely recommend this condo.
