Only minutes away from the most prestigious mall in San Antonio La Cantera Mall, offering shopping and relaxation and upscale restaurants. It is also very close to The Rim Shopping Center with entertainment such as The Palladium Movie Theatre. The most famous attractions in San Antonio are The Riverwalk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, and the Alamo located just a short drive away. The perfect location for sightseeing and exploring what San Antonio has to offer. OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 6 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people overnight at the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.
WIFI AND CABLE:
This apartment comes with free wifi and cable.
PARKING:
Free (uncovered) parking. Guests are able to receive up to three parking passes and one gate remote for this reservation.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to San Antonio to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
SECURITY:
There are no recording devices inside the unit. For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building.
