Mountain Views at Rim Country Chalet

Let’s start off with the view!! So beautiful! The house is beautiful everything was amazing, location, everything was close by. Great for families! Our Host was great! Can’t go wrong here!

The good:The host was super friendly, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, cups, plates, and utensils. The pantry even had a few basic spices and essentials. The views were amazing, overlooking a golf course and the mountains. The hot tub was great, the rooms were spacious, and the master bathroom had a large shower and bathtub. Bath towels were a good size, with plenty available for everyone.The okay:The pool table was in okay shape; one of the rails was broken, so balls couldn’t bounce properly off it. The mattresses were firmer than we prefer, and the ice maker on the fridge did not work.Overall:Amazing property!! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, especially for groups looking for a spacious home with great views and a responsive host.

Conveniently located with great views, excited to return another time!

The property was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for a long weekend with 3 grandsons. It's close to trails for ATV riding which we did everyday. It was so nice not having to trailer the ATV's everytime we wanted to go out. The trails are right there. We all enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook. We intended to go out a few times to eat but we were enjoying ourselves so much that we never got around to it. The property manager, Antoinette was very nice and helpful. She provided us with restaurant and trail recommendations. The scenery from the hilltop home was stunning! This was our first time staying in Payson. We enjoyed everything about the home and location and will definitely be back.
