Welcome to your modern 2.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor, which offers space for up to 4 people in approximately 40 m².
The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children. The second bedroom serves as a walk-through to the master bedroom and opens onto the living room; it is secured by a child safety gate at the top of the stairs, ensuring that both parents and children enjoy safety and comfort. Both bedrooms are located in the attic area with cozy, low ceilings and are accessible via a half-spiral staircase from the living room. An additional restroom in the attic area provides practical convenience.
The bright living room with a separate dining area is perfect for spending time together, while the fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher and microwave makes preparing your meals a breeze. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet.
For entertainment and relaxation, a TV, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi are available. On the balcony, you can enjoy the fresh air and wind down the day in peace.
