About this apartment rental
Our comfortably furnished 75 sqm apartment for 2-4 people leaves nothing to be desired for a neat and cozy holiday home. Your accommodation offers a large living-sleeping area (two single beds) and another room with a double bed. In the well-equipped eat-in kitchen you will find everything your heart desires. Here you can sit comfortably for a meal together. In the living area you can be entertained by a modern flat screen.

The quiet apartment is located in a cul-de-sac and in an optimal location about 50m behind the dike. You can park your vehicle directly at the house. Shops, restaurants or bistros can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Our holiday guests receive free hospitality with coffee & tea in our Bistro & Cafe directly in the Döser Meile at the Kugelbake. You can get information about outdoor attractions or sights from us or from the information desk of the spa administration. The apartment is available for rent all year round.

Our apartments are located in a spa area. We would like to point out that a tourist tax is charged per person / per night and depending on the season for people aged 16 and over. This amount will be collected in cash at the Chek In. The amount is between € 1.60 to € 2.60. You will receive a spa card.

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Wochenendtrip gebucht. Wir waren super zufrieden. Ruhige Lage, sodass wir außer der Urlauber von oben, nichts gehört haben (dies hat uns aber nicht gestört). Netter Kontakt und tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche, sowie ein Hochstuhl waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben und ist gut ausgestattet, teilweise laienhaft renoviert, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Weg zum Strand ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß erledigt, ebenso zum Bäcker und zum Aldi.

Positiv: freundlicher Kontakt, super Größe der Wohnung (für 2 Personen oder mehr), schön dass Müllbeutel, Geschirrtüscher etc. Für alltägliche Dinge vorhanden waren, tolle Lage!
Negativ: Elektrik in der gesamten Wohnung wirkt nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig/ total veraltet. Nur sehr wenig Steckdosen, die teilweise aus der Wand fallen und somit nicht genutzt werden können. Staub geputzt wurde längere Zeit nicht. Überall waren Spinnweben und in den Regalen eine dicke Staubschicht. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Im Wasserkocher stand noch Wasser, was uns an einer ordentlichen Reinigung zweifeln lässt. Zudem war es störend, dass die Vermieterin, die im Keller zu wohnen scheint, jeden Abend zwischen 20-0 Uhr sehr laut direkt vor dem schlafzimmerfenster oder im hellhörigen Flur telefoniert hat. Auch die Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Besonders die Armatur und dass aus der brause kaum bis gar kein Wasser kam.
Wäre schön, wenn das in Zukunft optimiert werden würde.
Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt und hoffen, dass sich die Kritik für künftige Gäste zu Herzen genommen wird :-)
