Excellent place. Central location between Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. Gated entrance for added safety. Comfortable and modern furnishings. Property has a nice pool and a decent gym.

Great condo located on the 1st floor! Excellent location to the pool area - only steps away!
And the zoo, Botanical Gardens and Papago
Park, hiking trails are minutes away! Plus Tempe is about 5-10 minutes close by!

We stayed 2 weeks with another couple and the space was great. You probably want a car for most activities (there is a designated parking spot) but there are lovely walking trails nearby as you are adjacent to Papago Park - several trails, a zoo, a couple of ponds to visit, quite nice. The unit was very well stocked and had everything we needed. All in all in was a comfortable stay.
The only caveat - the pool was closed for the entire two weeks we were there and we were only told a couple of days beforehand. It was a major overhaul with deck resurfacing and such so it would likely have been known well beforehand and we were not informed. The gym was nice but we really missed that pool and hot tub.

The condo was immaculate. It also looked exactly like the pictures. It was in a great location for what we wanted to do. The pool was nice and the covered parking was a bonus. We would totally stay here again!
