Nestled in lower Tahoe Donner, this home features a brand new kitchen, updates, and upgrades throughout, and an open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out, watch tv, enjoy a book by the fire, or play a game with the whole family. Working on the go? No problem! The master suite is set up with a remote work space for those emails that just can't wait.
Upper Level
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a glass cook top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and bar stool seating for 4!
- Dining Room: Seating for 6 plus the countertop seating for 4
- Living Room: Seating for 6, TV and access to upper deck
- Sitting Room: Seating for 3, wood burning fireplace, games and access to upper deck
- Master Bedroom: King bed, sleeps 2, desk with lamp, 1 chair, an armoire and a closet

Tahoe Donner Amenities: As part of your rental you will have 6 guest passes that will allow up to 1 guest per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing (discounted lift tickets), cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Tahoe Donner does charge an entry fee upon arrival that is charged per person per day. Children 2 and under are free. For more information about Tahoe Donner's amenities and current pricing we recommend visiting their website. *AMENITY UPDATE: Beginning Sept. 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for a renovation project, with reopening estimated for mid-December. During this time, the sauna, steam room, gym and fitness classes remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10*
