Located in the Shipyard Plantation, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa has been recently refreshed for 2023 with new living room furniture, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, king-sized bed and comfortable Tempur-Pedic foam mattress toppers throughout! As guests enter the villa, they are greeted with bright coastal interiors with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the kitchen and living room! The kitchen is located to the left of the main entrance with stainless steel appliances, a dining nook perfect for morning coffee from the Keurig or traditional coffee pot and access to the formal dining room. The dining room offers seating for 6 with additional seating available in the kitchen nook. Before heading to the living room, a half bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The living room features all new furniture, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV and access to the first bedroom and patio. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed with new bedding, double door access to the living room and patio access! The patio is perfect for entertaining with a grill and dining table or enjoying your morning coffee with scenic views of the lagoon and 5th fairway of Clipper Golf Course!
The second floor of this villa features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as 2-bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a new king-sized bed, TV, desk overlooking the golf course and ensuite bathroom. The spacious ensuite has a double vanity sink, a soaking tub and walk-in shower! Just down the hall, Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed and twin-sized bed with a TV. The second guest bathroom features a tiled shower/tub combo.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed condo that is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, beach, and local activities. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available for guests. The hosts were accommodating and responded quickly to questions to support a wonderful family gathering. We will definitely rent this condo again and use Coastal for our vacation needs!

The property was on point. Nice neighborhood. The property is way in the back which we didn’t like, but it is 50 steps from pool. You have to drive to the beach unless you want to walk about a mile and a half to it. Decorated nicely and clean except for when we entered there were small palmetto bugs on the walls and floors. Big ones that were dead on floor. One of the bugs climbed in my coffee cup as I was sitting there the next morning. I called to get someone to come spray . Office is closed on Sat & Sun. Sent an email, earliest they could come out was Wed. Our trip was Sat- Thurs. Email was responded too by telling me if they sprayed the bugs would be more active and we would see more. Thursday morning more bugs were in the house and alive and dead. If you stay here bring ziplock bugs and containers for your food. And do not sit down any drinks unless you want extra protein. We have stayed at HHI for the past 30 years and have never had a bug problem at any other resorts or condos except for this one. Good luck.
