The bright, open-concept living area features updated furniture, stylish coastal dcor, and floor-to-...ceiling glass doors that fill the space with natural light and showcase those incredible Gulf views. Relax on the comfortable sofa, watch the waves roll in, or enjoy your favorite shows on the 65-inch TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare morning coffee, breakfast smoothies, lunch before heading to the beach, or sunset snacks. With granite countertops and plenty of space to prepare meals, it's easy to keep everyone fueled for another day in paradise. The nearby dining area is the perfect place to gather, enjoy a meal, and share stories from the day.

Master Suite:
Your private retreat features a plush king-size bed, direct access to the balcony, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The bathroom includes dual sinks, a relaxing garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Wake up to beautiful Gulf views and step straight onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee.
Bedroom 2:
Perfect for children, friends, or a smaller family, this room features a brand-new full-size bed and brand-new twin bed. Both the beds and mattresses were replaced in October 2026, giving your guests a fresh and comfortable place to rest after a day in the sun.
Bedroom 3:
This spacious bedroom features a king-size bed with a brand-new mattress, replaced in October 2026, along with its own private bathroom. It's an ideal retreat for guests who appreciate a little extra privacy.
And because everyone has their own favorite way to unwind, all three bedrooms feature their own TVs.

This was our first time to the Navarre beach area, we have been to other gulf destinations over the years like Destin and Seaside. We enjoyed the open beaches and the less developed nature of Navarre a lot. The unit was clean and furnished well, it felt new. The onsite security service was very diligent, that was appreciated.
There are not a lot of dining or bar options within walking distance of the condo, so keep that in mind if you enjoy eating out or getting out to have a drink at night as it will likely require a drive.
Our major complaint was regarding the pool and hot tub. For our spring break this year we chose to make the shorter drive to the gulf knowing that it might be a little chilly yet but there would be a hot tub and heated pool. Well, the heater for the pool and hot tub were not working and the water in each was ice cold. The condo community has 3 towers, each with its own pool and hot tub. Only one of the 3 were in proper working order, not surprisingly they each were very crowded.
On our first morning there I inquired with the management company if they were aware of the issue and if there were any expectations for a resolution. I quickly received a response that they would look into it and let me know. I never heard anything back.
I feel like we were expected to pay for what was advertised to us but the renter was not able to provide and will enquire with the office if they would be willing to offer some form of recompense. For me and a lot of renters I believe when spending this amount of money we want to send our dollars to a provider that provides a good product but also stands behind it and is responsive to customers. I will update this review accordingly, hopefully they are more responsive than with my first inquiry...
