About this apartment rental
Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located on the beach off the gorgeous Emerald Coast! This unit is conveniently located on the 6th floor of the Inn at Summerwind at the Summerwind resort. This unit includes 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen Size Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and a sleeper sofa. There is a large Garden tub in the master, with a separate stand-up shower. There is a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, along with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, linens, towels, etc. There are charcoal BBQ grills available in the pool area. Workout facilities are on the 1st floor.

Very clean and well supplied. Only issue was TV’s in bedrooms did not work. But we had been informed of the problem and were not concerned. The inside parking and complimentary beach chairs more than made up for that. Had a wonderful 2 weeks.

I’m local so stay at navarre every year for 35 years, we have the most beautiful beaches, this was the most expensive condo, not very clean , sheets stained and need to be replaced, same with pillows and towels, so for the price very disappointed

Condo was very nice, had adequate linens, & supplies. Found the condo clean & fresh upon arrival. We were very disappointed in the Lazy Days Beach Service. On 3 days they picked up chairs early, (2:00 pm , 3:30, & 1 day failed to put chairs out at all! It did rain ( not pour, Id say drizzled on day they picked up @ 2, Nothing on afternoon they picked up @3:30 ( claimed there were strong storms coming, DID not even sprinkle!! ) Day they failed to put out chairs at all it did rain a lil that morning but had quit by 10:00! Never did it STORM, lighting or pour! Since we “ thought” they were providing DAILY BEACH service we did NOT bring any chairs.. At our age58, & 57 we are not able to sit on sand so it was truly an inconvenience. Also the chairs were NOT spaced 6 ft apart as required for social distancing..
