We insist that the number of people indicated on the tenancy agreement must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.
The end-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be validated with the agency according to our schedule, please consult us to find out the price.

We work with a laundry that can provide you with what you need, ask us for the laundry form.
For the period from 31 October to 31 March, water and electricity consumption are billed on an actual basis: €4/m3 and €0.1985/kWh after reading the meters on arrival and departure.
