Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Very close to beach access, clean, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows, nice pool area. The only thing I really didn’t like is that the unit did not have a washer and dryer. I thought it did but maybe I read the description wrong. There was an area you could go to to wash and dry clothing, but none in the condo. For our family, that is a deal breaker as far as future stays. We don’t have time to go and sit in the laundry area to wash and dry clothes. It’s really inconvenient. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Property, pool, beach access and everything overall was great. Only negative thing was that the air unit couldnt keep up with the heat. So it never got below 81 and at times got up to 86 at night. Wasnt even that hot. The heat putside only got to 90.

The condo was fantastic. But the management and people whom lived there where very rude. A warning on our vehicle three day after being there, that it would be towed. Made a trip to the office. Saying we were to pay for a parking pass. Mind you i was leaving the next morning. Also there were No signs saying you need a parking pass anywhere in the parking area. Very very rude about it. Also heard thier opinion on the condos being rented out to Vrbo. Like i can be a mind reader. Just really rude about the whole thing. The room was fantastic though.
