The ground-floor apartment is particularly well-suited for families with children of all ages—but also works perfectly for 4 adults.
One bedroom features a double bed, and the second bedroom has two large single beds and a desk.
The open and inviting design of the living-dining area, complete with a 55-inch smart TV, invites you to relax after an eventful day or enjoy social evenings. Just step through the patio door and you’ll find yourself on the large patio overlooking the surrounding forests. Here, you can watch the starry sky undisturbed with a glass of wine and wind down the day, or be the first to enjoy your morning coffee in peace.
The kitchen is fully equipped—except for an oven—and includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
In the bright and attractively furnished bathroom, you’ll find a large rain shower and a heated towel rack. Even taller guests will find plenty of room in the comfortably furnished bedroom with a double bed. Snuggle up in the 180x200 cm bed under the large 155x220 cm comforters and enjoy a good night’s sleep.
The beds in the second bedroom measure 100x200 cm and are arranged as twin beds.
Bedding with children’s motifs, puzzles, books, and more create a cozy atmosphere for our little guests.
An extra bed can be added.
Wi-Fi, freshly made beds, hand and bath towels, hair dryers, dish towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, a grill area with a grill in the garden, a freezer in a separate lockable room, and a small starter kit for the first day round out the amenities.
Bicycles, strollers, handcarts, etc., can be stored in a separate, lockable room equipped with e-bike charging stations.
The free parking space is located directly in front of the house.
