Ferienhaus Sonnenfänger

The house, with an approximately 1,000 m² garden and approximately 100 m² of living space, consists of two floors:
The first floor serves as the living area, and the upper floor has three bedrooms.
Each of the three bedrooms can accommodate two adults. Thus, the vacation home can sleep 6 people.
The vacation home was built in 2007; the interior and exterior were renovated in 2015–2016, and the kitchen was renovated in 2025. Since 2007, our family has also been using it regularly to spend a few wonderful days at Lake Eder. The Lake Eder dam is just a 5-minute walk from the vacation home.
On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a wood-burning stove, a sofa, and a dining table. The kitchen is generously equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, and dishes for 6 people. Also on the first floor is the bathroom, which features a shower, a sink with a mirror, a toilet, and an urinal.
Of course, all rooms are equipped with central heating. Alternatively, you can use our wood-burning stove after receiving instructions. We’ll, of course, provide the firewood free of charge.
Whether it’s raining or sunny, you can use the covered porch, which has a dining table and 6 chairs. On the sun terrace, there are additional seating areas, sun loungers, and a hammock available.
The large garden is perfect for playing and relaxing.
There are 2 to 3 parking spaces available for your car.
